Professor Yang Yu-Lin (Ph.D.-medicine),Vice president from Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology, Taiwan.

He got his B Sc in the department of biomedical laboratory Science and Medicine Doctor's degree (Ph.D.) at Graduate Institute of Medicine in Kaohsiung Medical University in year 2000 with outstanding medical phD thesis award.

As a specialist in Biomedical Science, he is the pioneer director for the Department of biomedical science and institute of biomedical science in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology.

He is the chairman for Biological Safety Council and Biomedical Science research group in the University.

He is also the Editorial Board Member in Journal of Biotechnology & Biomaterials (OMICS Publishing Group, Los Angeles) and contributing editor in American Journal of Biochemistry and Biotechnology.

He is invited as reviewers for many journals (including International academic Journal, Journal of Dermatological Science, Acta Pharmacologica Sinica, Journal of Pediatric Biochemistry, International Journal for Biotechnology and Molecular Biology Research).

He is also invited as an advisor for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Program Review Committee for Tainan city government and advisor for Kaohsiung Biotechnology Science Park in Taiwan.

Prof. Yang has recently been honored and elected as the outstanding researcher Award in 2010 in Taiwan (Top 6% in Taiwan), and being elected as a distinguished young scholarship 3-year grands by National Science Council.

Under the support of Australia Academy of Science and National Science Council in Taiwan. He was invited as a visiting professor for University of Queensland (School of Biomedical Science, SBMS, Australia) in 2013.

He won Gold and Silver invention award in 13th international ITEX competition in Malaysia. The achievement in the invention of Osmanthus facial mask have been elected as the 2nd national quality assurance award in Taiwan.

Moreover, he was highly recommended as a teacher of the year in Taiwan from the ministry of Education, and been invited in person and awarded by President Tsai from Taiwan in 2017.

As a specialist in Biomedical Science, he is the pioneer director for the department of biomedical science and institute of biomedical science in Chung Hwa University of Medical Technology.

He is the chairman for Biological Safety Council and Biomedical Science research group in the University.

He is also the Editorial Board Member in Journal of Biotechnology & Biomaterials (OMICS Publishing Group, Los Angeles) and contributing editor in American Journal of Biochemistry and Biotechnology.
